Because our workouts are based on foundational movements, every workout and movement is scalable to your needs! Catoctin CrossFit is not your ordinary “gym”. At most gyms you attend by yourself and are left to figure out what exercises you should perform that day. Catoctin CrossFit workouts are conducted in a classroom setting where our community cheers each other on!

 

Coaches will be on hand helping you through every step of the workout. At Catoctin CrossFit you get the best of both worlds, personal training in a group setting.
